The BSC Watersports Centre is a commercial sailing school on Lake Biwa north of Kyoto in Japan. The school employs ten full-time staff, and has a fleet of 125 dinghies, windsurfers, yachts, and kayaks. We have a camp for children every summer from 20 July to 31 August. College Students from Japan, China, and Korea help us with this as an internship programme (about 30 Japanese, 5 Chinese and 5 Korean). So if you love water sports why don't you work together?
